Bikes: '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '02 Kona Lavadome, '07 Giant TCR Advanced, '07 Karate Monkey

3 mile run with dumb dog number 2 before breakfast. Couch intervals until 1, then a 2 hour ride with a friend that has been going through some rough times (lost his job, then his fiancé within a week of each other).
