Four days of rest and now itching to get back out for the rest of the month for another block of base with some SST splashed in. The timing is perfect. Lots of hours over Thanksgiving weekend and then rest for the end of the semester and all the grading and crap, then Christmas Break with the opportunity for huge volume to both cap off the base build and shed some weight.
Then in January my new coach, "Les Miles", pops in to turn down the volume and ramp up the pain.
