Schwinn Paramount - Team Bike - $750 (Potomac)


Acquired from the inventory of the Schwinn Icy-Hot team at the end of 1986, during the transition to Wheaties sponsorship. Not much more information, Schwinn Paramount 60cm c-t-c. Shimano Dura-Ace 7400 equipment all in good to great working order. Bike comes with one of the original USA sets of Shimano clipless pedals. Seatpost is upgraded to Easton Carbon, but original Dura-Ace is included as well as a rare Dura-Ace stem.

Bike is well used, not abused. Decals are beat up because the Imron (red) was not clear coated. As explained to me, this was a race spare bike. My acquisition was arranged through a long time friend on the team. Richard Schwinn is aware of the bike and willing to restore if there is any interest.
