I eat a banana - that's it. I make sure I eat we'll (but not too much) the day before - lean protein and good carbs, maybe some ice cream before bed.

Then I eat during the ride, a couple of energy bars and maybe some gummi-like energy chews.

Too big a breakfast makes for too many intestinal requirements on the road, but maybe that is just me...
