Confirmation please: 126 O.L.D to 130

I have a Sanshin freewheel hub with 126 O.L.D, laced to an Araya RM 400 Pro rim, which seems like an odd combo. Anyway, I'm not sure yet, but I may want to go to 130 O.L.D, and I would use a 6-speed freewheel.

I've read much about such conversions and just want to confirm that this is what I would need to do:

1. Replace the 137-mm axle with a 141 (for best results).
2. Add a 4-mm spacer to the nondrive side.
3. Redish the wheel to center the rim.

Essentially, is that it? Am I missing anything?
