That symbol and 1bn spent-on cycling infrastructure??
Surely they can't mean 1 BILLION anything-right-not 1 BILLION POUNDS-- or $1,300,000,000 or so in "real money"-right?
They aren't spending that much on bike lanes-are they??
Spend a billion anything -and put bike on something like that?? Yeah I would want my $$ back!

Talk about "right hooks"-or left hooks maybe-just a bad idea to put bikes in with 35 mph cars on something like that-the vehicles are concentrating on making their exit-they won't notice the bike.
