Even if the bike facility were removed, and "bike facility" often means little more than "strip of paint on the road", cyclists will still pull up alongside large vehicles at junctions even when there isn't a clearly marked bike lane.
If you are driving a large vehicle, then you should be using convex mirrors so you can tell what is next to you before you start any turns.
