I'm set to go for cold weather from the waist up. But I haven't been able to find a solution for leg warmers and waterproof bottoms to fit. Flip a traffic cone upside down, that's basically my leg geometry
My legs are SHORT; buying XL and hemming the waterproof bottoms isn't an option; they always have some kind of zipper system at the lower leg that precludes hemming.
Can anyone suggest sources for clothes that might to work for me for ?
