My winter gear is 95% close to the OP's list.
I do need a safety vest though...

I get all the stuff at wall mart too.

I don't like the pogies, ugly me thinks.
I use wool mittens with deerskin outer mittens, works great.

I also solved the cold feet issue by using wool socks and my UGG wool lined engineer boots.
