hi guys, i have mtb frame with vertical dropout and i made it singlespeed without a tensioner but it needed a little scarping for the tension of the chain. but i have problems with centering the wheel now and sometimes when i tighten mu rear wheel it spins slower ( mu hub is brand new). i scarped the frame on the both sides. can i fix this?
