When I'm riding and getting squeezed by cars passing me, that's a sign that I'm not FAR ENOUGH in the lane. And I move FARTHER out into the lane if there's no shoulder to safely ride on.
Exactly.
And yet, I still wouldn't hesitate to filter forward past those motor vehicles that have come to a full and complete stop.
