The rim liner was off about a mm and caused all those flats. Haven't had a flat since.
Makes sense. The other day I had a flat and I' pretty sure it was because the old tape's adhesive was sticky enough anymore and was letting the tape slide out of place. That reminds me.. I need to replace that.
