I think the frame is a little older than 1962. The wolf ear lugs put it at '59-'60 at the latest. I don't know the exact dates on the introduction of the drain hole butI have one I have dated to about 1957 and it only has the oiler, no drain. I also think that because of the oil drain and chromed seat lug that it is a Super Corsa frame and that means that the fork is not original. It would be a sloping internally lugged crown. If it does happen to be a Model B I have not seen that crown used on a Cinelli before. This means that the badge you are looking for has the dark blue background.
