There are lots of guys riding older bikes that those over in the Classic and Vintage forum.

As far as SunTour parts - best suggestion I can think of is Ebay. I have a Suntour AR II rear derailleur and matching front off of the Centurian that I'm not in need of, but you'd likely be looking for higher end stuff than those.
