+1 HED Belgiums are very sweet. My favorite wheel set is R45 hubs laced with 32 CXray spokes, 3 cross pattern, laced to Belgium rims. I weigh 165 lbs. and these are extremely durable, stiff and, with 23 mm tires inflated to 90 to 95 psi, comfortable wheels to train on.
