looks like it's an aluminum frame. Inspect the frame carefully, and if there's no creasing, or cracks in the paint, he should be good to go.

Even if there is some undedected damage, it might eventually fail from fatigue over time, but it's not going to catastrophically fail tomorrow. Just keep an eye on it.

No reason to throw away a perfectly good frame just based on hand wringing.
