I always work out after work and before dinner. I have a snack ~3:00 to facilitate this if I'm not doing a weight-loss shtick, and mix a bottle of sports drink in the morning before work. I've had good results getting up earlier and doing 1/2 hour of Z1 on my rollers before work - no sweating. I have a 6" commute.
my favorite time to work out as well.
I feel like I have decent energy and it's not soo late that I start making excuses to not train.
