I came into this saddle and believe it to be a 1983 Mod. L saddle as described below from - http://www.velo-retro.com/cinellitline.html

"Domino" stem (polyurethane openable upper half, alloy stem) and Mod. L saddle (plastic top, forged aluminum "wishbone" frame, comes with longer aluminum bolt to use with Campagnolo Nuovo Super Record single-bolt seat post). Personalized engraving available on 1R stem from Cinelli. "VIP" saddle, bar/stem and tire bag set, all covered in matching colored suede leather.

I have only seen a couple pictures of these in all the searching I have done on the web. There is one on ebay that looks to be identical but it is part of what looks to be the VIP package - http://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-Cinelli-...item41752f6627
