I was looking at the Wahoo Kickr trainer which replaces the wheel/cassette and attaches directly to the bike frame vs. attaching with a QR skewer like the Kurt or CycleOps, and I'm having second thoughts about a carbon frame bike with the Wahoo. I'm actually wondering if I shouldn't get a dedicated aluminum frame bike for the trainer instead.

FWIW, the thing about the Wahoo that makes me most interested over anything else is integration with apps like TrainerRoad, Kinomap, Segments, etc. that automatically adjust the Kickr power settings over the course of a route.

Anyone using a CF bike on a Kickr?
