Last nights recovery ride per GC: 25 minutes TSS =9, average cadence 89 with the amount of time in z1=98%. When I used Roger Young in 2011 when I went to track nationals he always commended me for great recovery rides. He gave me a couple per week. He told me most people do not spin fast enough and go too hard. I do mine on the trainer or Canada Road which is flat to rolling. On the uphill sections, I am in a 34/27 and crawling along which is why I prefer the trainer or rollers because it is too long a drive to A'Jet's house to ride with his wife.
