The serious answer is that I don't dress to keep warm. Pedaling, as you suspected, does that.
Thank you for that excellent write up, I enjoyed reading it. With that said, I will continue to leave the cold to all of you up "there" that appear to be much tougher than this warm weather lover Floridian. See, my idea of a cold ride is having to keep my tee shirt on the entire ride.
I did another twenty miles after work this evening at about 75 degrees. We are supposed to get a cold front beginning Sunday. Maybe going down to 54 one night. I live close to the Gulf of Mexico so I will be 2 ~ 5 degrees warmer thankfully.
