It's looking a lot better. The colors are a bit on the feminine side but, that easily alternated. I think a big version of your wings logo would look great on the right shoulder, maybe a giant one in light grey as a background on the back. Of course all of these are in my head & might not translate well on the actual garment. I also like to throw things in at at an off angle, in a subtle way. Just mixed things up a bit. Sorry for the rambling, just thinking out loud/throwing ideas
