Plugging your numbers into spocalc- (your numbers are off from each other by .5mm BTW)
130mm NDS tension is 44% of DS.
135mm NDS tension is 59% of DS.
Personally, I wouldn't use that hub in a 130mm configuration unless using an OSB rim.
