Not all Tarmac frames are the same. Specialized groups them like 8r,10r, and 11r I think, with 11r being the best carbon frames. If it is stock and built recently then a Tarmac with Ultegra should be a good quality frame. Also look for logos like SL4, SL3 or SL2. Look on their website in their archives to see what the seller has.
