I'll call this before and during. Started at 270+ July of this year got down to 235 this weekend. I hope to lose another 35 pounds or so. I was wearing XXL shirts just so they would be long enough to cover my belly, I went and bought a couple of Large shirts this weekend that look alright on me. That felt pretty good. I'm looking forward to posting my final before and after, hopefully around July of next year.
