Just clean them. The cassette mechanism/freehub body is not easilly serviceable ----- but the hubs are serviceable.
To service hubs, cone wrenches are usually suggested. The cassette needs a chain whip and a cassette lockring remover ( or a freewheel remover if it happens to have a freewheel instead). Sunrace still makes serviceable 7 speed freewheels if thats what it is
