Kona Hoss Conversion,

Gone are the heavy front suspension forks, fat tyres and clipless pedals.

Added a steel rigid fork, ergo grips, cheap bar ends, skinny tyres and flat pedals.

I could probably squeeze 29" wheels on it!

Nice and light and responsive, well twitchy.
