I generally don't ride my rollers for more than an hour and a half. Some people ride centuries on their rollers or trainers, though. Depends on what you're trying to do. If you're fried after less than an hour, you might think about warming up for 15-20 minutes and cooling down the same. Then sandwich the workout you want to do in between. You'll have a better workout and build endurance.
