Not really meant to knock them. They are local, they have good stuff, and I shop there regularly. My "beef" is really with the Asst. Mgr., who made me a promise and didn't follow through.
I don't hold a grudge and will continue to shop there. They just missed an opportunity to sell me a bike - but it is a popular model and I'm sure they will sell it soon (if it isn't already gone).
They have excellent sales, and a very liberal return policy. See, I like them.....
