haha no, not inside the downtube. it has to go inside the top cross tube and out a hole where it connects with the downtube. i can't get the cable or housing to come out the hole so i think they are just hitting where the top tube and downtube meet. i need to know if anybody has ideas/tricks for getting it out the little hole.
