However, my rollers pretty much scare the bajeebers of me at the moment and even reaching for my water bottle at the moment isn't happening. I usually ride with my helmet on 'cause I have no idea what'll happen if I accidentally ride off the edge.
You fall to one side without moving forward at all. You'll usually collect a pedal cut on your shin, too. Notice she's riding between a bookcase and a bed (double bed, BTW). No problem falling either way. You don't want to have something to one side you could hit your head on, like a coffee table. Safest is to ride in a doorway.
