You're right that whatever those chickens eat goes into the eggs. But what makes you think that the free-range chickens have a fabulous diet?
A diet of grubs,worms,insects and other organic items will produce a much better quality egg then a diet of antibiotics and GMO grains. Like I said before I notice a difference in the quality and taste of egg yolks which come from free-range chickens.
