I have three winter projects. The first was to build up a winter commuter which I recently finished. I took a 1992 Bridgestone BB-1 frame set and built it up with parts mainly from my parts bin. I splurged on winter tires and some really great platform pedals. My 2d project is a mtb drop bar conversion. I have all the parts gathered and plan to build it up. It is a 1989 stump jumper comp. My third winter project (and I may not get to it this winter) is to rebuild my 1983 Trek 720. The bikes badly needs a new paint job. I built the bike from a frame and still pretty much have all the parts from the right era to build it up:
