I agree with the other that it might only bring in 50 to 75 bucks max as-is, but cleaned up, serviced and with new cables, top tube clamped on cable clips, bar tape, brake pads and tires, you can get maybe up to 150 bucks in a hot market area where new "retro-bike" urban commuters are looking for old steel bikes like this, which will look like a great bargain, compared to the department store bike alternative that can even be more expensive in most cases.
