I've always had a love affair with Masi bikes; when I stumbled upon this bike, I knew I had an obligation to try and get it fixed. This bike will be amazing when it's done. Should be a fun winter project.
just wondering where WI you are sending it for repair, out of curiosity? (sorry the pic hurts...)

i also have a Masi 3V frame needing TT/DT replacement. not as looking severe as yours, it got some whirls near the HT from a front collision. got quotation from a few places, the best one was from Fanklin Frames in OH. that 3V frame is with oversized tubing + internal lugs that most of the repairers taking an excuse for outrageous quote. Franklin said they've done it 'no big deal'. not finding a better quote and confidence, i will most likely send the frame to them.

nothing specific, just wanted to expand my knowledge around frame repair and resources.
