Correct.
Not saying what the best "high octane" is for anyone BUT can assure you that Oreos and Kit Kats aren't it.
Going to add to this a little as well.
What works for me is going to be different than what works for others, if nothing else I would hope that guys at least look at their nutrition. Stein I know you watch things very carefully and have a good handle on nutrition but most don't.
