Continuing the drift, the closest I know about is the Shimano 105 (5703) triple. It has 130/74 bcd's and comes 50/39/30 and I've changed the granny on mine to a 26T. Not exactly touring gears but closer than most other road cranks and it does keep the separate 74 mm bcd where most of Shimano's other road triples have doubled up the middle ring with a 90-something mm bcd that takes a 30T at the minimum.
