If the price is right and you like the bike, buy it and worry about the BB later. Ask for a discount because you think it is hard to fix a swiss BB. Worse case scenario you end up buying one of those nice vela orange BBs designed to work when the thread of a BB are messed up and run a modern crank; that will cost some money but then this is a nice bike. I owned a cilo (a bit older then this one by the look of it) and it was swiss. I ended up giving it to my brother but it was a heck of a nice bike.
