If the rack has a reflector on the rear,some manufacturers(PB,Cateye) make mounts that bolt onto where the reflector goes. Blackburn makes a seatpost rack with a integrated clip for their lights.
I had this one mounted to the rear of my rack for a time. I know it is compatible with PBSF (most likely the Turbo model as well) and the PDW Radbot 1k (don't know about the DZ).
