First, I thoought the stem was a Cinelli Domino because of it's squarish section, but then looking at more pics and the way the clamp hinges, it's certainly not a Domino. Could be just some no-brand item....The casting seam running right down the middle of the top of it signals that it's most likely nothing special.....
Nothing's really popping out on this bike so far.....except for that strange crankset.....
