OK, this no character guy will just have to stay hidden under a rock after I get back from a grocery store bike run that follows a deposit drop-off at the bank, laughing all the way, that has been preceded by a 2200 yard swim that just happened to follow a 6.5 mile run this morning all while dressed in shorts.

Oh forgot to mention, the house air conditioning is on since it's a little too muggy and warm.

Tomorrow, 60 miles of bicycle riding with some fast boys to help build up some character.

Come to think of it, glad I left the cold weather back north some 27 years ago.
