Take a taxi. If you don't have a vehicle on the other end in Myanmar, pack your toolkit in the bike box. Then when you get off the plane, assemble your bike, put your panniers on and ride off. I am taking a bike to Malaysia in January and I disassembled it and boxed it; I will assemble it as soon as I get to the hotel in Malaysia.
