Your tube failed. Get over it. All manufacturers have that problem occasionally. I even had one of those super expensive Contitnental tubes pull the stem out. I had special superlight latex tubes which cost $10 and one came out of the box with a slit in it. The same with plastic tubes.
These things are made in huge quantities and it isn't practical nor possible to 100% quality control them. And the manufacturer can't be responsible for the way you handle the tube either.
Not saying that you screwed it up but a marginal tube and rough handling could cause such a thing as well.
Not sure if you're responding to the OP or me, but I don't think it's acceptable to have two tubes cut before you can even inflate them on the rim. So, yeah, I'll get over it...by buying different brand tubes.
