Yes, it would. Specialized, like any company with big pockets for lawyers fees prefers to win cases by discovery-ing the little guy into bankruptcy. You just overwhelm someone with so much paperwork that their lawyer's fees get too outrageous and they either go bankrupt or give up. Big companies do it all the time. Cheaper for them than occasionally losing the odd case here and there.
