I get what everyone is saying on the side of legality, I just think its stupid to be able to trademark a name that has no merit to your actual product/trade.

I will never look @ apple pie the same. Not the "good ole" American desert. cRapple may have been designed in the US, but its made in Asia, just like everything else the US used to be able to afford to produce.
If my apples in that pie start coming from China, I'll have to give apple pie up.
