I have the same size feet and use sidi mega sized dominators. I use a size 47 mega shoe, this feels a bit more comfortable than the 46 mega size. Sidi dominators are pretty pricy but the fit and quality is great. I haven't tried any other wide cycling shoes except carnac, years ago.
