Over the last few days I only managed to get about 4 hours of sleep each night. Stress from some trivial crap that I was letting get to me kept my brain spinning Thursday and Friday, and yesterday I spent eight hours in the car to meet up with my god son and spend time with him for his 15th birthday.
Today I would like to go do something, like ride my bike for a couple of hours or weights at the gym, but instead I am just doing couch intervals and reading. I may let myself walk the dogs later.
I took the rock star out for a 30m run earlier. Ridley's become quite the runner. Then came home, made grilled cheese for Mrs. Ex and I, and watched the righteous defeat the dopers on the gridiron.
