I'm 6'4" and 190 lbs. After much searching I have settled on the Louis Garneau Equipe, XL. They have the longest inseams I could find (11.25") and are a decent value especially on sale. They can seem tight on the legs at first, but after a couple of rides they felt right. The leg grippers are almost 2" wide which I find very comfortable. The Mondo and Neo Power also have the 11.25" inseam.

I also have a pair of the extra-long bib shorts from AeroTech. They are long and decent quality, but the leg grippers are very narrow which I did not find comfortable for long rides.
