Bikes: 87 Bridgestone 550 (Shocking Electric Metallic Pink)

I have read that "ANYTHING" with threads should be lightly lubed upon assembly...but I have also heard on some bits NOT to lube, and ALWAYS use loctite! What is a poor wrench to do!?!
