I wouldn't assume that to be the case. I couldn't get one for love or money in Seattle at the end of one trip.
I usually use a large cheap duffel bag to stuff all my gear into.

There's usually a line of cabs at the airports we've been too ... 99% of them are cars with no room for bicycle boxes, 1% of them are vans ... and half the people emerging from the airport are in a mad sprint for that van because they think they need something large to haul all their luggage.
